The unite arrived undamaged in about a week ,I paid extra for front porch service ,but the unit came on a tractor trailer truck and could not go down my road. Luckily the neighbor had a farm tractor to unload it and bring it down our road.
Next issue is the wiring from inside part to outside part is verry unclear in the instructions, had to refer to insructional videos to connect the two.
Next issue is the special tools needed ( vacuume pump and a guage set).
Once all the material and information was gathered up it took most of a day to install.
Also your warranty is void if you install this as a DIY project.

Website clearly stated, in two different locations, time to ship was 24-48 hours. It took 9 days for Senville to ship. They did ask in an email, where I found the information. Then they indicated they would remove that information from their website, instead of honoring what they had in writing.

Tldr: Buy one. Works PERFECT. Top notch customer service, willing to go above and beyond.

FIRST: a company that fixes their errors is awesome, a company that fixes USER error is a thing of the past.

Installed the unit and at first it didn’t work, returned it because I thought it was a faulty unit. I WAS WRONG! After they sent a new unit (no questions asked, they were incredibly nice about the return) they helped walk me through what was wrong with MY electricity.

THEN they talked to my electrician in order to make sure they understood what to do to get it working. They identified the issue with my electrical set up, fixed it, and got it working PERFECT.

It’s incredibly quiet, super powerful. (Enough to easily cool a 20x10 room 10 people.)

I’m so so so impressed with the unit and the level of customer service. They truly stand behind their product and they should - it’s a great product. They actually care that it works.

They made me feel empowered to fix it. Assured me that they would take care of it. I didn’t have to fight with them. They explained everything with tons of clarity.

When I need another, I will HAPPILY buy another directly from them.

This is my second purchase and install. It took about two weeks for shipping and came by FedEx truck, no problems, came right to my house. It took a week to install due to a heatwave and I'm 68 and only worked for 3 or 4 hours a day. To install these units you need electrical experience, a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, tube benders, tube cutter, a good flaring tool, and common hand and power tools. I couldn't find a torque wrench to fit the tube nuts, so I just used wrenches and tried not to overtorque them. I used Teflon coated flare gaskets to compensate for the lack of a torque wrench. The first unit I installed 2 years ago and I am very happy with how it runs and how quiet it is.

So far so good. We haven't installed it yet but forgoing any problems I would give Senville 5 stars for delivery.

We have a Senville mini split at our business. It operates all day everyday for many years. Well one day it started vibrating badly. The blower wheel has a rubber mounted bushing where it connects to the motor, this had torn. Contacted Senville customer service and they looked up the correct part number. Part arrived and we installed it and the unit works flawlessly. Price for the part was very reasonable. Good company and customer service.

Product arrived, installed and is working great! I hope the heat pump works this winter as well.

I ordered on 8/11 but my order didn't ship until over 3 weeks later because the longer line sets were out of stock. When I contacted, they said 5 to 10 days processing but nothing about BO. I finally called and found out myself the delay and asked them to send 25 pipe but 50' wire because I can braze the copper but do not want to splice wires for reliability. They said nothing about the line set is a fixed kit and can't be mixed. After I received my order, I realized this and called and the 50' were back in stock. Just a few days later. They still charged me for the (2) 50' and said I can't return the (2) 25' for credit. I am a small contractor that have used Senville products before but that I ordered those off Amazon and had no problems. This order was a larger set and customized and it really has been a disappointment. Oh well live and learn.

Easy pezy..takes a little time in shipping but I think people might want to get use to that. Packaged well no damage and by date promised . Love it when business does as promised. Have to say has a modern appeal love explaining to friends the whole ease and economic savings. Thanks again Senville

Takes forever to ship an item and the people there are never able to do anything may as well have a machine answer the phone you get the same help really regret getting this system to have to deal with incompetent 🤬🤬
